• How to add a training course to the CPCWORLD TRAINING CENTER
Prepare your course material in PDF format. Using Pagemaker or QuarkExpress, you can prepare a PDF version of your workbook, training course or outline. We recommend breaking your course into 3, 5, or 6 week layouts. Thie requires that you provide a pdf file for each week's lesson. If you have your original manuscript in Word or Publisher, the text will have to be converted to an acceptable file format for conversion to PDF. Need help? let our office prepare your training files.
Outline each weeks synopsis and daily set of questions for each day of the week (monday - friday) These files should be sent to this office as a TEXT format attachment to an email to our office or simply send us emails of each week's content by pasting your content into the body of your email message.
• When will your course be conducted?
These eCourse are available 24/7/365. Each class can be accessed by individuals at any time day or night. Because access to the eCourse is automated, you as the instructor will not have to be available unless you wish to feedback as the moderator to your participant's postings. By setting up each eCourse on a multi-week basis, a modeerator's only required involvement will be to "BE AVAILABLE" by telephone during normal business hours to accept phone calls from a participant and to log in to your moderator control area to view any messages, respond as needed
• How to ACCESS and ADMINISTRATE your training forum.
CPCWORLD.ORG will enter your Training Forum data, set up your account including your MODERATORS PERMISSIONS so that when you log in to the forums, you will be able to reply to your client's postiings and to receive email notifications of new postings to your materials.
• INSTRUCTORS RECEIVE 50% of the PAID ENROLLMENT
Instructors of the training used receive 50% of the registration fee paid. CPCWORLD.ORG uses the other 50% to cover the hosting and web services provided in support of your training. Payment for an eCourse is collected at the enrollment of a participant into an eCourse. Those funds are transferred to our bank account normally within 3-4 days. If you have a PAYPAL account for your Crisis Pregnancy Center, your payment can be transferred directly to your account.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR TRAINING COURSE
Training courses added to the CPCWORLD.ORG Training Center are required to remain active for a period of one year. This allows time for people to learn about the training and request the training. Early cancellation of a training ecourse will result in loss of the files hosted on our site and will be subject to a cancellation penalty of $100.00.
